The present invention relates to a composition for cryopreservation of cardiomyocytes differentiated from human embryonic stem cells, specifically for cryopreservation of cardiomyocytes induced from differentiation of human embryonic stem cells, including ROCK (Rho-associated kinase inhibitor) inhibitors.
