SOLUTION: The medical image management device records the detail of a changing operation at a prescribed interval at the time when an image display mode is changed on the basis of the amount of change of a display mode in accordance with the movement direction of a specified position on a display screen and a unit amount of movement. Furthermore, a control means displays the detail of the record and the progress of the change of the display mode in parallel.
