The use of a Glycyrrhiza extract in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of nasal inflammation and a pharmaceutical composition including the same are provided. The use includes: providing a solution comprising a Glycyrrhiza extract, and nasally administrating the solution to a subject in need thereof.
