PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an additive-free organic fertilizer containing no acid or alkali component and an organic feed in which Cd is efficiently removed from a soft body part of a scallop at a low cost, and Cd waste liquid is treated without polluting environment.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic fertilizer and an organic feed includes: a first process of adding a predetermined volume of water to a soft body part of a scallop containing cadmium, pulverizing the body, and allowing the body part to self-digest the pulverized soft body part； a second process of adding chelate fiber to the soft body part which self-digested in the first process to allow the fiber to adsorb the cadmium； and a third process of heating the soft body part from which cadmium was removed in the second process.【課題】ホタテ貝の軟体部からＣｄを低コストで効率的に除去して、環境汚染せずにＣｄ廃液を処理して酸やアルカリの成分を含まず無添加な有機肥料及び有機飼料を製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】有機肥料及び有機飼料の製造方法は、カドミウムを含むホタテ貝の軟体部に所定量の水を加えて粉砕し、前記粉砕した軟体部を自己消化させる第１工程と、前記第１工程で自己消化した軟体部にキレート繊維を添加して前記カドミウムを吸着させる第２工程と、前記第２工程でカドミウムが除去された軟体部を加熱処理する第３工程とを含む。【選択図】なし
