PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unevenness of illumination distribution.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a signal processing part for executing illumination unevenness correction for an image taken in a state that a subject in the body is illuminated by a light source on the basis of a normal illumination image taken in a state that the subject in the body is illuminated by the light source disposed in the body of an operation object patient at a predetermined illumination intensity, and a weak illumination image taken in a state that the illumination intensity is weaker than the predetermined illumination intensity.
