PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant plate body having excellent persistence of deodorant effect and being provided with a function to deodorize not only sulfur-based malodorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan and the like but also malodorous substances such as lower fatty acids, body odor components and the like.SOLUTION: A deodorant plate body comprises a glassy deodorant 2 supported on a plate body 1 made of synthetic resin or rubber, the glassy deodorant 2 comprising alkali-alkaline earth-borosilicate glass or alkali-alkaline earth-silicate glass containing a copper component.
