The garment contains a rear panel, and a crotch panel coupled with the rear panel defining a condom coupling member, wherein the rear panel and the crotch panel form a first leg opening and a second leg opening, wherein the condom coupling member is configured to couple a condom with the crotch panel, wherein the crotch panel comprises material configured to prevent STDs that are transmitted through skin-to-skin contact from passing through the crotch panel.
