To provide an underpants type disposable diaper with which a remaining mark of an elastic member and a decrease in air permeability are suppressed, while partially enhancing adhesion between a front side belt part and a rear side belt part.SOLUTION: An underpants type disposable diaper (1) which comprises a front side belt part (21), a rear side belt part (22), and an absorbent core (11) has a base area (21s) and a high pressure area (30s).
