The ribs are installed along a helical line and connect vertical disks. Inside the hollow cylinder, a smooth cylinder is mounted. Its diameter is less than the radius of the hollow cylinder. The cylinders axes are arranged parallel to each other. The smooth cylinder surface is in contact with the inner surface of the hollow cylinder ribs. The smooth cylinder is installed with gaps between its base and the vertical disks, and with the possibility of free rotation around its axis and the hollow cylinder axis. The ribs are configured round-shaped. The smooth cylinder is provided with semi-circular protrusions arranged along the entire length of the smooth cylinder along a helical line. The directions of the helical lines of the ribs and those of the smooth cylinder protrusions coincide. The protrusions of the smooth cylinder and the hollow cylinder ribs are fitted with the same pitch relative to the cylinders generatrix.
