The present invention relates to a plant growth regulator using a fenton reaction transformant of kraft lignin. When a fenton-based high oxidation reaction is induced using a wooden kraft lignin, the germination rate of Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. seeds increases. Therefore, a plant growth promoting composition of the present invention is expected to be applied not only as a plant fertilizer material but also as a high-value-added resource for kraft lignin.본 발명은 크라프트 리그닌의 펜톤 반응 변환체를 이용한 식물 생장 조절제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 목질계 크라프트 리그닌을 이용하여 펜톤 기반의 고도 산화 반응을 유도할 경우 애기장대 씨앗의 발아율을 향상시키는 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 발명의 식물 생육 촉진 조성물은 식물 비료 소재로 활용될 뿐 아니라, 크라프트 리그닌을 고부가가치 자원으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
