PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension type improvement tool for lower back pain and spinal cord injury pain, the tool having a simple structure at low cost and using gravity.SOLUTION: An improvement tool is constituted of a belly band-like suspension tool 4 comprising nylon grid-like cloth or Tetron cloth, a suspension frame 5 for suspending the suspension tool, and a pair of nylon suspension belts 3 for suspending the belly band-like suspension tool on the suspension frame. The improvement tool is configured by: lifting and suspending both sides of the belly band-like suspension tool with the nylon suspension belts and stretching a hipbone and a backbone by the gravity in some cases, mounting stirrups, made of pipes comprising such as stainless pipes and alternately swingable in the fore-and-aft direction, on the beam front surface of the frame, and enabling a treatment patient to practice walking in the air also inserting side pillows under the suspended treatment patients both underarm parts, the pillows formed by winding and fixing a soft elastic material onto a cylindrical hard core material and further, disconnectably inserting the pair of nylon belts in the cylindrical hard core material, and suspending in parallel to the suspension belt of the suspended belly band-like suspension tool, and dispersing the gravity load of the treatment patient from the belly band-like suspension tool.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】安価且つ簡便な重力を利用する懸垂型腰痛並びに脊髄損傷痛改善具を提供する。【解決手段】ナイロン製格子状布体又はテトロン製布体より成る腹巻き状懸垂具4と、此れを懸垂する懸垂用架台5と、腹巻き状懸垂具を懸垂架台上に吊り下げる一対のナイロン製懸垂ベルト3より構成し、腹巻き状懸垂具の両側面をナイロン製懸垂ベルトで吊り上げ懸垂し、重力で腰骨、背骨をストレッチし、場合に依っては、架台の梁前面に、ステンレスパイプ等より成る前後方向に交互に揺動し得るパイプ製鐙を装着し、治療患者が空中歩行練習を行い得、又懸垂された治療患者の両脇下に、硬質製円筒芯材に軟質弾性物質を捲回し且つ固定した脇枕を挿間し、更に円筒状硬質芯材に抜き差し自在に一対のナイロン製ベルトを挿通すると共に、懸垂されている腹巻き状懸垂具の懸垂ベルトに平行して懸垂し、治療患者の重力負荷を腹巻き状懸垂具から分散させる構成とする。【選択図】図1
