The present invention relates to a device capable of measuring a bioelectrical signal and making an electrical stimulus by using the skin resistance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device, which is used to measure the bioelectrical signal and make the electrical stimulus, includes: a pad which has multiple horizontal and vertical electrical wires intersecting each other at regular intervals to make the electrical stimulus； and a control module which is electrically connected to the pad to measure the bioelectrical signal from the intersection points of the horizontal and vertical electrical wires to obtain the body information of a patient and uses the body information to control the power supply to the horizontal and vertical electrical wires to generate the electrical stimulus.본 발명은 피부저항을 이용한 생체 전기신호 측정 및 전기 자극 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 생체 전기신호 측정 및 전기 자극 장치는 전기 자극을 위한 복수의 가로전선 및 세로전선이 일정 간격으로 교차되도록 형성되는 패드와, 패드에 전기적으로 연결되어, 가로전선 및 세로전선이 교차되는 교차지점의 생체 전기신호를 측정하여 환자의 신체정보를 획득하고, 신체정보를 이용하여 가로전선 및 세로전선에 공급되는 전원을 제어하면서 전기 자극을 발생시키도록 하는 제어모듈을 포함한다.
