PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable health pad that is mounted along a body surface of a human body to make a physiological function be active, has an effect for treatment or cure on a state of disease such as muscular pain, low back pain, shoulder discomfort, and urinary disturbance, and also has effective act on promoting muscle force, improvement of physical functions, etc.SOLUTION: An electricity removing/magnetic health pad includes a soft flexible sheet body 1 capable of being mounted along a predetermined region on a body surface of a human body. The sheet body 1 includes: one or a plurality of conductive layers 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 having relatively higher electric conductivity than that of a human skin and one or a plurality of discharge elements 13 that are provided on an outer side surface of the sheet body 1 and are electrically connected to the conductive layers, making it possible to efficiently collect static electricity staying on the human body before discharge in the atmosphere. Permanent magnet pieces 11 for exerting a magnet treatment effect in a state in which at least the magnet pieces outer surface side is covered with a magnetic shield body 12 are assembled at one or some locations in the surface direction of the flexible sheet body.
