The present invention relates to a production method of a pyridoxine derivative combined with ascorbic acid. The pyridoxine derivative produced by the method of the present invention has a structure which combines a pyridoxine intermediate product in which an acetyl group is bonded to a hydroxyl group at the third position of ascorbic acid, vitamin C, thereby showing an effect of vitamin C as well as an effect of vitamin B6, has antioxidant and skin whitening effects by effectively improving low oxidation stability of vitamin C, has greatly low cytotoxicity, and has excellent stability.본 발명은 아스코르빈산이 결합된 피리독신 유도체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 제조되는 피리독신 유도체는 비타민 C인 아스코르빈산의 3번째 위치의 수산화기에 아세틸기가 결합된 형태의 피리독신 중간체가 결합된 구조를 가져, 비타민 B6의 효과뿐만 아니라 비타민 C의 효과를 동시에 나타내며, 비타민 C의 낮은 산화안정성이 효과적으로 개선되어, 항산화 및 피부 미백 효능을 가지며 세포독성이 현저히 낮고, 안정성이 우수한 효과를 가지는 장점이 있다.
