The present invention relates to a modification of an agricultural mulching plastic sheet, and more specifically, to an agricultural mulching plastic sheet and a perforating device for the same. The perforating device does not punch a through-hole in perforation sites that are formed at uniform intervals on a mulching plastic sheet, but forms a separation line by making a dotted line of holes in the shape of a cross on the perforation sites.
