Disclosed is an oral preparation comprising: an enteric-drug-containing layer which contains a drug to be released in the intestine; enteric-disintegration-controlling layers which are respectively arranged on both surfaces of the enteric-drug-containing layer directly or through any layer and can be disintegrated at least partially in the intestine; and gel-forming layers which are respectively arranged on the enteric-disintegration-controlling layers directly or through any layer and can be swelled upon the absorption of water to form a gel. The enteric-disintegration-controlling layers contain an enteric material that can be dissolved upon the contact with a body fluid in the intestine. The oral preparation is easy to swallow, and can release the drug in a desired area (particularly the intestine) in a living body.
