The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin regeneration, wrinkle improvement, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, or skin whitening. According to the present invention, the L-menthone increases the total amount of collagen of fibroblasts in the skin. Therefore, the L-menthone provides effects of skin regeneration, wrinkles improvement, and anti-inflammation, inhibits nitrogen oxide (NO) generation by inhibiting free radical generation, and reduces the total amount of melanin to provide a skin whitening effect.
