PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call slave machine using a voice sensor provided for a patient who cannot move his or her hands and feet on his or her own to be capable of reducing erroneous calling for a nurse call master machine.SOLUTION: A call of the nurse call is made only when the approach of a patients mouth to a sensor head 3 is detected by a human body proximity sensor 4, and an utterance of a voice by the patient is detected by a voice sensor 5 so that a call of the nurse call is made only when the patient moves his or her mouth close to the sensor head 3 and utters a voice with a clear intention to make a call. Meanwhile, when the patient moves his or her mouth away from the sensor head 3 without any intention to make a call, a call of the nurse call is not made even when the voice sensor 5 detects a voice. Thereby, it is possible to prevent a call that is not intended by the patient from occurring as much as possible, and reduce erroneous calling for a nurse call master machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】自力で手足を動かすことのできない患者のために設けた音センサーを使用したナースコール子機において、ナースコール親機に対する呼び出しの誤報を減らすことができるようにする。【解決手段】患者の口元がセンサーヘッド3に接近したことを人体近接センサー4にて検出し、かつ、患者が声を発したことを音センサー5にて検出した場合にのみナースコールの呼び出しを行うようにしているので、患者が呼び出しを行う明確な意図を持って口元をセンサーヘッド3に近づけて音声を発した場合にのみナースコールの呼び出しが行われる。一方、患者が呼び出しを行う意図なく口元をセンサーヘッド3から遠ざけている場合には、音センサー5が音声を検出したとしてもナースコールの呼び出しが行われない。これにより、患者の意図しない呼び出しができるだけ発生しないようにすることができ、ナースコール親機に対する誤報の発生を減らすことができる。【選択図】図1
