Therefore, the LAMB3 inhibitor can be sued for treatment, prevention, diagnosis, and prognosis of head and neck cancer.본 발명은 LAMB3 억제제를 포함하는 두경부암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물과 발병 및 예후를 예측 또는 진단하는 방법에 관한 것으로, LAMB3 유전자 및 단백질이 두경부암 환자 조직 및 세포주들에서 과발현하고 있고, LAMB3의 억제가 두경부암 세포의 이동 및 침윤을 억제하며, LAMB3 저해와 두경부암 치료에 내성을 나타낸 시스플라틴을 병용 처리시 현저한 시너지적 효과를 나타냈고, LAMB3의 발현이 두경부암의 예후 판단에 특이적임을 확인하였으므로, LAMB3 억제제는 두경부암의 치료 및 예방, 및 진단 및 예후 판단에 이용될 수 있다.
