An isolated cooking assembly (900) structured to cook a food product in a substantially vertical orientation, said assembly comprising: an isolated frame assembly (901) comprising an outer wall (902) and an inner wall (904), in the that each of said outer wall and said inner wall comprise separate and independent structures that are jointly structured and arranged in a separate operative configuration to at least partially define an isolation zone (905) therebetween, at least one housing ( 910) of mold comprising a first thermally conductive material structured to facilitate heat transfer therethrough, said mold housing being structured and disposed substantially within said inner wall, at least one mold chamber (912) comprising a second thermally conductive material structured to facilitate heat transfer through the same, at least a portion of said mold chamber may be arranged in said mold housing, said mold chamber having an open top end structured to receive a food composition not cooked therein, said mold chamber being further structured to retain the uncooked food composition in a substantially vertical orientation while said mold chamber is disposed in an operating vertical position, a source (911) of heat disposed in a substantially surrounding operating relationship relative to said mold housing thereby creating a uniform heat energy profile along a length of said mold housing, generating and transferring said heat source an amount of heat energy to the food composition not cooked in said mold chamber, said frame assembly further comprises a jacket insulator operatively disposed between said inter wall ior and said heat source, said insulating jacket substantially surrounding said heat source, said insulating jacket (906) comprising a thermally insulated material structured to inhibit heat transfer therethrough, whereby said amount of heat energy generated said heat source is substantially transferred inwards, to said mold housing and into said mold chamber,
