According to the present invention, the tongue depressor for mobile communication terminal installation comprises: a fixed unit detachably fixed in a mobile communication terminal having a camera and a lamp light source provided therein, and having a guide hole for exposing the camera formed at a position corresponding to the camera； a pressurizing pad arranged in a lower part of the guide hole, and protruding from a back surface of the fixed unit to pressurize a tongue due to oral insertion； and an optical guide having an incident surface formed on a first surface facing the lamp light source, having an exit surface on a second surface facing a mouth, and having a light guide unit inducing lamp light incident to the incident surface formed between the incident surface and the exit surface.본 발명은 이동통신 단말기 장착용 압설자에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 이동통신 단말기 장착용 압설자는 카메라와 조명광원이 구비된 이동통신 단말기에 탈착 가능하게 고정되고, 상기 카메라에 대응하는 위치에는 카메라를 노출시키는 안내홀이 형성된 고정부；와, 상기 안내홀의 하부에 배치되고, 구강 내에 삽입되어 혀를 가압할 수 있도록 상기 고정부의 이면으로부터 돌출되는 가압패드； 및 상기 조명광원과 마주하는 제1면에 입사면이 형성되고, 구강을 향하는 제2면에 출사면이 되며, 상기 입사면과 출사면 사이에는 상기 입사면으로 입사된 조명 광을 출사면으로 유도하는 도광부가 형성된 광가이드；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
