The present invention relates to a device for automatically feeding water and feed, capable of allowing livestock to eat water and feed by themselves by automatically supplying the water and feed, increasing the feed supply efficiency by varying the feed supply amount, and helping growth and development of the livestock. The device for automatically feeding water and feed of the present invention comprises: a hopper containing feed； a feed support provided below the hopper； a partition for supporting the hopper above the feed support； a drinking water supply unit for supplying water； and a controller for controlling the overall operations of the device. The device of the present invention further comprises a feed discharge unit for discharging the feed through a feed discharge port below the hopper. The feed discharge unit includes: a rotation plate installed on a protrusion at the central portion of the feed support to be able to rotate, wherein the feed is put on an upper surface of the rotation plate and a discharge passage is formed between the rotation plate and an inner guide of the feed discharge port； a control tube body which is put on and in sliding contact with the guide, wherein the control tube body is coupled to a lower end of a central pole body inside the hopper while mounted on the upper surface of the rotation plate； and first and second drivers attached to an upper support of the hopper, wherein the first and second drivers operate the central pole body above and below, thereby varying the height of the control tube body.
