PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system, a health management method and a health management program, allowing health maintenance of a user while efficiently managing health condition of the user.SOLUTION: A control part 21 of an information management server 20 records measurement data and a personal ID obtained from a monitor 18 into a measurement data storage part 22. The control part 21 executes analysis processing of calculating analysis value data of each item by use of the measurement data, and records them into a diagnostic data storage part 23 as analysis result data. The control part 21 transmits an analysis result to a doctor terminal 55, obtains a diagnostic result, and records it into the diagnostic data storage part 23. The control part 21 compares the analysis result or the diagnostic result recorded in the diagnostic data storage part 23 and an application condition value of an insurance condition to execute premium calculation processing to the insurance condition and examination frequency.
