A method of making micelles comprising glycoproteins (G proteins) of rabies virus (RV), in which G proteins form a trimer comprising: (a) transforming an Sf9 insect host cell with a baculovirus vector comprising a nucleic acid encoding an RV G protein； (b) culturing said host cell to express the nucleic acid； and (c) purify the RV G protein in the form of micelles.Un método para fabricar micelas que comprenden glicoproteínas (proteínas G) del virus de la rabia (RV), en el que las proteínas G forman un trímero que comprende: (a) transformar una célula huésped de insecto Sf9 con un vector de baculovirus que comprende un ácido nucleico que codifica una proteína G del RV； (b) cultivar dicha célula huésped para expresar el ácido nucleico； y (c) purificar la proteína G del RV en forma de micelas.
