PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of adjusting of traveling speed during mowing, by solving a problem that it is difficult to adjust the traveling speed of a machine body during mowing.
SOLUTION: A machine body (housing)11 is provided with a power source (engine) 14, and a handle 17 is extended backward from the machine body 11. An operation lever (traveling/gear lever) 42 enabling traveling of the machine body 11 is attached to a tip end portion of the handle 17 so as to swing. The traveling of the machine body 11 is enabled when the operation lever 42 is tilted to the handle 17 side. In the lawn mower, a traveling speed variable function for changing the traveling speed of the machine body 11 is added to the operation lever 42.
