The present invention relates to an oral poison adsorbent and a manufacturing method thereof, which can enter human body via oral administration to absorb organic or inorganic poison of including the molecules of heavy metals, phosphorus, urine toxins, etc., which affect the functions of liver and kidney. The oral poison adsorbent according to the present invention will not stick to the gastrointestinal tract and can be quickly excreted. The manufacturing method includes the steps of: placing a bamboo material at the temperature of 400 DEG C to 950 DEG C to carbonize the bamboo material delivering an inert gas to prevent oxidation of the bamboo material feeding an activator at 750 DEG C to 1000 DEG C to activate the bamboo material to produce an activated bamboo charcoal then grinding the activated bamboo charcoal to be granules with an appropriate size and mixing with a bio-degradable polymer material to obtain an activated bamboo charcocal microsphere having a structure of the bio-degradable polymer material wrapping some activated charcoal powder.
