PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-directional stopcock for blood collection in which the reliability of a technique is improved during blood collection from a patient and recollection is prevented, and thereby the burden to a patient is reduced and a treatment time can be shortened, and also the safety of the medical person side is enhanced.SOLUTION: A multi-directional stopcock 1 for blood collection includes a branching base formed with a branch flow path 2 and multiple pipes in communication with each flow path of the branching base. The multiple pipes connected to the branching base are constituted of: a blood collection pipe 8 to which a puncture needle 14 punctured to the body of a patient 50 and collecting blood is connected a collection pipe 9 to which a first blood collection tool 12 for collecting the blood 52 flowing to the blood collection pipe 8 via a branch flow path 2 is connected and a collection pipe 10 with a valve to which a second blood collection tool 13 for collecting the blood 52 flowing to the blood collection pipe 8 via a branch flow path 2 is connected, and provided with valve means 15 capable of opening and blocking a blood flow by the fluid pressure of the circulating blood 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者から血液を採取する際における手技の確実性を向上させ、再採取を防ぐことで、患者への負担を軽減すると共に処置時間を短縮することができ、それと共に医療者側の安全性が高められた採血用多方活栓を提供する。【解決手段】分岐流路2が形成された分岐基部と、分岐基部の各流路に連通する複数の導管とを備えた採血用多方活栓1である。分岐基部に繋がる複数の導管を、患者50の体内へ穿刺して採血する穿刺針14が連結される採血導管8と、採血導管8に流入した血液52を分岐流路2で介して採取する第1採血器12が連結される採取導管9と、採血導管8に流入した血液52を分岐流路2で介して採取する第2採血器13が連結されると共に、流通する血液52の流体圧によって血流を開放及び遮断可能な弁手段15が設けられた弁付き採取導管10とで構成する。【選択図】図3
