PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peracetic acid-containing bactericidal composition which is effective to harmful bacteria such as bacteria of the genus Paenibacillus or Bacillus cereus, forming spore and having strong resistance to peracetic acid/hydrogen peroxide formulation.SOLUTION: It is well known that sterilization is difficult with respect to Bacillus cereus which is a spore forming bacterium having high chemical resistance, even if a conventional peracetic acid formulation is used. It is found that a peracetic acid composition in which a hydrogen peroxide content ratio in a peracetic acid equilibrium composition is lowered shows a high sterilization effect to Bacillus cereus which is a spore forming bacterium or bacteria of the genus Paenibacillus, to thereby complete a peracetic acid bactericidal composition which is effective even in the case of short-time treatment.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】芽胞を形成し、過酢酸/過酸化水素製剤に強い抵抗性を持つパエニバチルス属細菌やバチルス・セレウスなどの有害菌に対する有効な過酢酸含有殺菌組成物を提供する。【解決手段】従来の過酢酸製剤を用いても、耐薬品性の高い芽胞形成菌であるバチルス・セレウス(Bacilluscereus)に関しては、殺菌が難しいことが知られている。芽胞形成菌であるバチルス・セレウスやパエニバチルス属細菌に対し、過酢酸平衡組成物中の過酸化水素含有比率を低くした過酢酸組成物が高い殺菌効果を示すことを見出し、短時間での処理でも有効な過酢酸殺菌組成物を完成させた。【選択図】なし
