PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket pressing tool capable of administering a liquid medicine stored in a syringe in multi separate administrations for every prescribed amount.SOLUTION: A gasket pressing tool 1 comprises: a housing comprising a syringe attachment part； a gear member 5 comprising a first gear 52 and a second gear 54 smaller than the first gear； an operation member 3 having a rack part 33 engaged to the first gear； an open hole 44 of a connection member； a drive member 4 having a rack part 43 engaged to the second gear 54； a gasket pressing member 6； a coupling member 9 for making the drive member and the gasket pressing member in linkage with； and a first energization member 12 for energizing the coupling member. The coupling member has an open hole 93 on a second end 92. By pushing of the operation member, the coupling member grips the gasket pressing member and moves the same to a tip direction by the inclined open hole.
