The degree of fatigue may be estimated based on at least one of the movement, vital signs, and an electromyogram of the wearer. The degree of fatigue may be estimated from at least one of the number of steps per unit time of the wearer, a time required per step, a walking speed, a step width, a foot lifting amount, and a walking variation.
