PURPOSE: An elevator security system is provided to prevent accidents in beforehand by grasping emergency situations generated inside an elevator.CONSTITUTION: A controller(300) comprises an image camera processing unit(310), an infrared ray camera processing unit(320), a comparing and determining unit(330), and a data storing unit(340). The image camera processing unit recognizes a face and a body in image data taking a photograph of internal situations of an elevator. The infrared ray camera processing unit detects face skin temperature of a passenger and outputs sudden change of a detected color temperature value. The comparing and determining unit is input data outputted from the image camera processing unit and the infrared ray camera processing unit. The comparing and determining unit determines emergency situations. The data storing unit stores an image outputted from an image camera(210) and an infrared ray camera(220).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 엘리베이터 방범장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 층간 이동수단인 엘리베이터의 내부에 구비되는 카메라로부터 수집되는 사람의 정보를 기초로 엘리베이터 내부 상황의 이상 유무를 감지하고 이를 관리자에게 신속하게 전달하기 위한 것으로 엘리베이터 내부에서 일어나는 긴급한 상황을 파악하여 사고를 미연에 예방할 수 있도록 한 엘리베이터 방범장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 엘리베이터 방범장치는, 엘리베이터 내부에 설치되는 화상 카메라 및 적외선 카메라와 상기 화상 카메라 및 적외선 카메라에서 출력된 데이터를 입력받는 컨트롤러와 상기 엘리베이터 내부의 상황이 위기 상황임을 나타내는 경고부로 이루어지는 엘리베이터 방범장치에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 화상 카메라 처리부, 적외선 카메라 처리부 및 비교 판단부를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 화상 카메라 처리부는 얼굴 인식수와 몸체 인식수를 검출하고, 상기 적외선 카메라 처리부는 상기 엘리베이터 탑승객의 인식 가능한 얼굴 피부 온도값을 측정하고, 상기 비교 판단부는 얼굴 인식수와 몸체 인식수의 불일치일 경우와 탑승객의 얼굴 피부의 측정 온도변화값이 미리 설정된 기준 온도변화값 이상일 경우를 모두 만족할 경우, 상기 경고부로 위기 신호를 출력한다.
