PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph frame device with an elderly people support function providing a photograph frame with a function of confirming the safety of an elderly person living alone that can prevent a failure to take medicine and make notification at the occurrence of an abnormal state of the elderly person living alone.SOLUTION: The device is adapted to put up a photograph, to manage a medication time, to provide one or more medicine storage sections with a sensor for detecting opening/closing of each storage part and to notify a remote place of the safety confirming information of the patient by a medication operation. A clock, a timer, a control part with a built-in voice recording-reproducing function, and one or more medicine storage parts are integrated with the photograph frame to provide the portable device. The upper part of a device body 1 is formed as the photograph frame 2 structured to replaceably put up a photograph 3 of a person close to the patient.
