PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling raising tool and a planting tool that realize the following three points. (1) By pulling out and collecting the seedling raising equipment, there is no inhibition of root system growth and environmental pollution, and cost reduction can be achieved by reuse. (2) Most of the irrigation and rainwater can permeate drooping around the root bowl. (3) The root system of planting seedlings can absorb water in a stable soil layer. SOLUTION: The seedling raising tool 1 in which an opening pipe 2 is divided in the longitudinal direction and a pull-out attachment part 3 is formed, a drilling tool 20 composed of a hollow auger 25 having an opening/closing portion at the tip, and the seedling raising tool 1 are provided. A planting tool comprising a mounting part 41 and a wire 42 that can be mounted on the pulling body mounting part.
