PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pancreatic perfusion device and its control method in which a drug can be administered only to a pancreas and the leakage of the drug outside the pancreas can strictly be suppressed.SOLUTION: A pancreatic perfusion device is to administer a drug to a pancreas in pancreatic perfusion under closed percutaneous circulation. The pancreatic perfusion device includes: first vein occlusion means for occluding a first vein with pancreatic venous blood flowing therethrough; second vein occlusion means positioned at the upstream of the first vein for occluding a second vein into which the venous blood flows from a collateral pathway outside the pancreas; artery occlusion means for occluding a region in the upstream and downstream of an artery for supplying nutrition to the pancreas where the artery for supplying nutrition to the pancreas is connected to an artery for supplying nutrition to another tissue; drug administration means for recovering liquid in the upstream of the first vein occlusion means by a drug administration pump, while an occlusion region for separating the artery and vein of the pancreas is formed by each occlusion means, and supplying the liquid to the artery for supplying nutrition to the pancreas occluded at the upstream and downstream by the artery occlusion means; systemic circulation means for recovering liquid in the upstream of the second vein occlusion means by a systemic circulation pump, while the occlusion region is formed, and feeding the liquid to the systemic circulation; and a control unit for controlling the systemic circulation pump to recover the liquid in the upstream of the second vein occlusion means.【課題】膵臓のみに薬剤が投与でき、薬剤の膵臓外への漏出を厳密に抑制可能な膵灌流装置及びその制御方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】経皮的閉鎖循環下膵灌流で膵臓に薬剤を投与する膵灌流装置である。膵臓の静脈血が流れる第一の静脈を閉塞する第一の静脈閉塞手段、第一の静脈上流に位置し膵臓外の側副路からの静脈血が流れ込む第二の静脈を閉塞する第二の静脈閉塞手段、膵臓を栄養する動脈の上下流で、膵臓を栄養する動脈が他組織を栄養する動脈に接続する部位を閉塞する動脈閉塞手段、各閉塞手段で膵臓の動静脈を分離する閉塞領域が形成された状態で、薬剤投与用ポンプで第一の静脈閉塞手段上流の液体を回収し、これを動脈閉塞手段で上下流が閉塞
