PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation unit and a plant cultivation apparatus which, in plant cultivation, are capable of realizing an environment leading to productivity improvement of food materials in a resource saving manner.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation facility P is made up of a closed space in which an air conditioner 1 and an illuminating device 20 are installed, and comprises a humidification unit 40 that absorbs air supplied from the air conditioner 1 and blows out humidified air toward a cultivation tray 30.
