The present invention relates to a nanoemulsion composition, and to a method for preparing same. The nanoemulsion may comprise asataxanthin. The method for preparing the nanoemulsion composition comprises the steps of: forming asataxanthin； forming a mixture by mixing a water-phase component and an oil-phase component； inputting the asataxanthin into the mixture and mixing the resultant mixture； and applying pressure to the resultant mixture into which the asataxanthin has been inputted.
