The present utility model discloses the process and formulation of producing Garcinia Mangostana bread from Mangosteen pericarp and Mangosteen white pulp. The process of making Mangosteen bread composes of the following steps: selecting of a ripe Mangosteen fruits; extracting a Mangosteen pericarp and Mangosteen white pulp from the said Mangosteen fruit; weighing of the said Mangosteen pericarp and Mangosteen white pulp; creating a Mangosteen paste from the said Mangosteen pericarp and Mangosteen white pulp; preparing other ingredients; beating the said Mangosteen paste and the said other ingredients in order to make a batter; coating the flavored biscuit with the said batter; deep-frying the said coated flavored biscuit to create a Mangosteen bread; and getting the said Mangosteen bread from the frying pan.
