The purpose of the notification is to provide remote monitoring of human health, in particular for the purposes of medical telecare. The method of remote monitoring of the health status of the user, where data on the physical and physiological parameters of the user obtained from measuring devices connected to the user are transmitted remotely to the recipient by means of a transmitter, is characterised by this,that for an individual user (4) the limit physical and physiological parameters of the user (4) are determined on the basis of statistical and historical data on the health status of the user (4) after which, according to the indications of the measuring devices (2) connected to the user (4),the transmitter transmits to the receiver (5) continuously reading from the measuring devices (2) connected to the user (4).Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób zdalnego monitorowania stanu zdrowia człowieka w szczególności na potrzeby teleopieki medycznej.
