PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique which can obtain a royal jelly having tyrosinase inhibitory action.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of producing a royal jelly having tyrosinase inhibitory action which includes the steps of causing a protease derived from Bacillus subtilis to act on the royal jelly and pancreatin to act thereon. There is also provided a royal jelly composition containing the royal jelly obtained by the production method.
