A pharmaceutical composition comprising a semifluorinated alkane of formula (I): F(CF2)n(CH2)mH, wherein n is an integer from 4 to 6, and m is an integer from 5 to 8, for use in the treatment or prevention of a disease or condition relating to an ocular surface of an eye of an individual, wherein the individual is a contact lens wearer, and wherein the contact lens is a hydro gel contact lens and the composition is administered topically to a surface of the eye of the individual before the contact lens is inserted to the eye of the individual and/or during contact lens wear and/or after the contact lens has been removed from the eye of the individual, or wherein the contact lens is a silicone hydrogel contact lens and the composition is administered topically to a surface of the eye of the individual after the contact lens has been removed from the eye of the individual.L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un alcane semi-fluoré de formule F(CF2)n(CH2)mH (I) n étant un nombre entier de 4 à 6, et m étant un nombre entier de 5 à 8, destinée à être utilisée dans le traitement ou la prévention d'une maladie ou d'un état se rapportant à une surface oculaire d'un œil d'un individu, l'individu étant un porteur de lentille de contact, et la lentille de contact étant une lentille de contact en hydrogel et la composition étant administrée par voie topique sur une surface de l'œil de l'individu avant que la lentille de contact soit insérée dans l'œil de l'individu et/ou pendant le port de la lentille de contact et/ou après que la lentille de contact a été retirée de l'œil de l'individu, ou la lentille de contact étant une lentille de contact en silicone hydrogel et la composition étant administrée par voie topique sur une surface de l'œil de l'individu après que la lentille de contact a été retirée de l'œil de l'individu.
