PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocardiographic complex measuring device capable of correctly measuring the electrocardiographic complex of an occupant in human body motion in a vehicle.SOLUTION: The device incudes: a first electrode 2 which directly contacts the surface of skin of an occupant of a vehicle a second electrode which is attached to a seat 11 of the vehicle and contacts the surface of the skin of the occupant through clothing and an electrocardiographic complex calculating device 4 which processes an electric signal detected by the first electrode 2 and an electric signal detected by the second electrode to calculate a cardiographic complex. The second electrode consists of two capacitive coupling type electrodes 30, 31 which are different in contact area contacting the occupant.
