<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft that is used for golf clubs, fishing rods, tennis rackets, etc. with a small directionality of the degree of flexure. <；P>；SOLUTION: The shaft is composed of fiber-reinforced plastic laminates provided with at least one laminated layer of tubular layer provided with a structure with an axial string composed of a fiber bundle arranged along the axis of the shaft incorporated by: one side binding string that is wrapped in the spiral manner around the axis of the shaft in a counter-clockwise direction； and the other side binding string that is wrapped in a spiral manner in a clockwise direction. The one side binding string and the other side binding string that compose the tubular layer cross each other in a skew grid manner as well as crosses each other while changing the front and back positions with the axial string. Grid holes formed by crossing the one side binding string and the other side binding string are placed in line along the axis direction of the shaft to form grid hole lines.
