The present invention relates to development of a nano-scaled agent for controlling cucumber anthrax using a liquid phase nano-conversion device. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method for preparing an eco-friendly antibacterial agent having a nanoparticle size (about 33 nm) and showing an excellent effect of controlling cucumber anthrax by mixing a plant extract (peppermint, cinnamon, peony roots, Ricinus communis L., Perilla frutescens, or the like) having an excellent sterilizing effect with canola oil used frequently as an eco-friendly agricultural chemical. The method according to the present invention is the first technology in the field of preparation of agricultural chemicals and is based on nano-conversion of liquid particles of a mixed solution containing natural plant having a strong antibacterial activity against cucumber anthrax with oil to maximize the effect of controlling cucumber anthrax.
