FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method comprises loosening the soil and saturation of arable horizon with the nutrient medium. The nutrient medium is a mixture of NPK fertilisers with powdered polyacrylamide. The device comprises a frame on which the wedge-like racks are mounted with ploughshares in the lower part anda fertiliser hose in the rear part for loosening the soil and placing the nutrient medium. In front of the racks there are vertical circular blades with bearing ribs-limiters of the processing depth. On the frame over the rack there is a fertiliser dispenser, pneumatically connected to the pressure cavity of the fan. The fertiliser dispenser comprises a cylindrical fertiliser hopper, on the bottom of which the removable seeding disc with cells is placed, formed on the periphery of the disc and located relative to each other with overlapping, providing the continuous supply of fertiliser with powdered polyacrylamide. Over the sowing window in the bottom of the fertiliser hopper there is an air duct connected to the pressure cavity of the fan. In the lower part of the air duct on the side of the cell inlet a flexible reflector is mounted with the ability to overlap the inlet cell. On the seeding disc adjoint with the cells the cone agitator-guide of fertiliser is mounted. The ploughshares of subsurface plough are mounted at an angle of crumbling, in the upper part they are made curved with parabolic curvature. The ploughshares have an upper blade sharpening and facing with hard abrasion-resistant alloy of the lower part.
