PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generation device forming minute mist at a time point when generating the mist by use of centrifugal force, accordingly, effectively generating and supplying the minute mist.SOLUTION: In this mist generation device, the inside of a body case 1 is disposed with: a mist generation body 4 rotationally driven by a motor 3 a tank 5 storing a mist-generating liquid and an air fan 6 sending the minute mist generated in the mist generation body 4 outside the body case 1. The mist generation body 4 comprises: a cylindrical mist case 20 and a mist generation sheet 21 fixed to the mist case 20. The mist generation sheet 21 is formed by electroforming, and the peripheral wall thereof is formed with a group of minute mist holes 33.
