The present invention relates to a paste composition comprising omega-3 fatty acid, egg yolk powder acting as an emulsifier, and an essential functional enhancer comprising at least one selected from D-sorbitol liquid, sodium ascorbate and enzyme-treated stevia, and sucralose acting as a solvent. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method of the paste composition.
