PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide human mesenchymal stem cell (hMSC) compositions which contain a high proportion of viable hMSCs with limited cellular damage and less than a threshold amount of residual components including allergens and which engraft and selectively differentiate to lineages such as muscle, bone, cartilage, marrow stroma, tendon and fat, allowing development of products derived from human donors.SOLUTION: The hMSC compositions contain one or more purified hMSCs obtained by methods of manufacture utilizing centrifugal filtration (6), and residual animal products less than a threshold amount.【課題】筋肉、骨、軟骨、骨髄支質、腱及び脂肪などの系統へ分枝し、且つ選択的に分化し、ヒトドナーに由来する製品の開発が可能となる、限られた細胞損傷及び高比率で生存可能なヒト間葉系幹細胞（ｈＭＳＣ）を含有し、アレルゲンを含めた限界量未満の残留成分を含む、ｈＭＳＣ組成物の提供。【解決手段】遠心濾過（６）を利用した製造方法によって得られる、一つまたはそれを超える精製済みｈＭＳＣ、及び限界量未満で残留する動物生成物を含むｈＭＳＣ組成物。【選択図】図１
