PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery composition which comprises a coated agrochemical prepared by coating a powdery agrochemical with a thermosetting resin and has excellent fluidity as granules.SOLUTION: The powdery composition comprises (a) a coated agrochemical which is prepared by coating a powdery agrochemical with a thermosetting resin and has a volume median particle diameter of 10-200 &mum and (b) a metal oxide fine powder which has an apparent specific gravity of &le0.6 g/m and is selected from the group consisting of aluminum, titanium, zinc and zirconium in the weight ratio of (a)/(b) of 100:0.1-100:30.
