PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous therapeutic system for application of norelgestromin as an active ingredient optionally in combination with estrogen onto the skin, and further to provide use of such a system for hormonal contraception and hormone supplementation therapy.SOLUTION: There is provided a percutaneous therapeutic system for application of norelgestromin comprising an active ingredient-impermeable backing layer, a matrix layer containing at least one active ingredient, and optionally a detachable protective layer, with the matrix layer comprising at least a) a therapeutically effective dose of norelgestromin, b) one or more silicone polymers, c) one or more substances selected from the group consisting of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, butanediol and 1,2-propanediol.【課題】活性成分ノルエルゲストロミンを、場合によりエストロゲンと組み合わせて皮膚上に適用するための経皮治療システム、さらに、ホルモン避妊及びホルモン補充療法のためのこのようなシステムの使用の提供。【解決手段】活性成分の不浸透性裏張り層、少なくとも１つの活性成分を含むマトリックス層、場合により取り外し可能な保護層を含む、ノルエルゲストロミンを投与するための経皮治療システムであって、ここで、マトリックス層は少なくとも：ａ)治療上有効な用量のノルエルゲストロミン、ｂ)１つ又はそれ以上のシリコーンポリマー、ｃ)ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル、ブタンジオール及び1,2－プロパンジオールからなる群より選ばれる１つ又はそれ以上の物質を含む、上記経皮治療システム。【選択図】なし
