PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted resin coated pipe for plant cultivation, which has sufficient strength required for a support, etc. for plant cultivation, has a novel appearance, and can allow trailing plants to properly grow. SOLUTION: The twisted resin coated pipe for plant cultivation is such that a resin coated section 4 is formed by coating an outer surface 3 of a core pipe 2 made of a steel-made circular pipe with a resin in a closely-attached condition. The resin coated section 4 is such that a cross section outward form is made in a polygonal form. The entire resin coated section 4 or a part thereof in the longitudinal direction of core pipe 2 is twisted in a spiral form around the axis of the core pipe 2, and the twist is performed only in the resin coated section 4, and the core pipe 2 is not twisted.
